On the morning of August 14, 'Meet Hunan in Hong Kong' — the Hunan Food Going Global and Hong Kong Investment Matchmaking Conference was held at Sanxiang Building in Wan Chai, Hong Kong. Co-hosted by CCPIT Hunan Sub-Council, the Hunan Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the Hong Kong Trade Development Council and Sanxiang Group, the event gathered around 40 participants to move 'Hunan products into Hong Kong' from exhibition display toward practical implementation.

Eight Hunan enterprises — Jinmofang, Xincongchu, Huxiangyao, Xingcheng Mingyue, Fuxing Food, Xiushentang, Lameizi and Xiangdongqing — presented their products through roadshows and one-on-one matchmaking with selected Hong Kong channel partners, covering spicy snacks, Hunan-style prepared dishes, cured meat, blueberry products, new-style Chinese pastries, pomelo juice, chili sauce and soy products.

Featuring a dual-platform 'exhibition + matchmaking' linkage, precise pre-matching and full-chain service support, the conference deepened Hunan-Hong Kong food trade cooperation and helped premium Hunan foods and teas reach broader international markets through Hong Kong.
